Description:

 

A group work experience that enables newly employed women to learn family management tools and exchange ideas to create a supportive network for one another as they balance between home, work and children responsibilities.

Goal:

 

The women in Khulais who work at the Nesma Embroidery Center are pioneers in their hometown, in saying yes to a new experience. They goal is to offer a community to share knowledge and increase self confidence during this transitional period.

Outcome:

 

The women connected with their inner leadership side, took ownership of their decisions and were aware about their intentional lifestyle choices that were impacting others in their circles of influence. They are now leaders and influencers wherever they find themselves in their journeys.
