Testimonials

“Multiple engagements gathered me with Rozana; personally, professionally, virtually, and publicly. Rozana coaching services’ encourages to facilitate the tools anyone has to find a way to solutions that are reachable and available. Her insights broaden anyone’s thinking and she’s the light in the dimmed part of the map. I attended a leadership workshop for her that was hosted by the government sector with more than a hundred other attendees, she managed the crowd with a high level of compassion and empathy and made sure that everyone leaves with the notion in their head that it is to be the seed for future roadmaps. Rozana also was a fellow facilitator with me in a training that was hosted by a big enterprise, she seems to handle every one with comfort from fresh graduates to c-suite personnel. Rozana is an unorthodox person for new times, whenever I feel that I need an out of the box novel perspective I seek Rozana’s help and expertise.”

— Wadha bin Zarah, Human Capital Catalyst

“I have attended two workshops with Rozana, and consulted her in individual sessions. I found her to be a great teacher and helper. She is down to earth, empathetic, experienced and knowledgeable in so many areas relevant to our lives as human beings: emotions, leadership and relationships, and many more. I am grateful to know her. She is a phenomenon and my experience with her was path-changing and eye-opening in the best way. I was so inspired by her work that I went on to become a facilitator of the Daring WayTM myself, and have since worked alongside Rozana in several workshops. I trust her and refer clients to her when I feel they are in need of coaching, leadership skills or self-development.”
